Take complete ownership of one critical launch domain: regulatory approvals, onboarding systems, or financial operations Lead cross-functional execution with full decision authority and accountability for outcomes Develop and implement scalable playbooks for previously undefined processes Collaborate directly with founders and key stakeholders to deliver launch-ready infrastructure Leverage advanced AI tools to accelerate execution and optimize operational efficiency What You Won’t Be Doing

Drive the successful delivery of a core operational pillar for 2 Hour Learning's national school launch—with speed, precision, and scalability—transforming strategic vision into operational reality. Basic Requirements

We're recruiting across multiple operational verticals, each requiring exceptional execution speed, clear thinking, and implementation intensity. Qualified Candidates Must Possess

Minimum 3 years experience at a premier strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) Demonstrated success leading cross-functional operations in high-pressure, ambiguous environments Specialized expertise in regulatory navigation, onboarding systems, or financial operations at scale Exceptional structured thinking capabilities with strong bias toward execution U.S. work authorization and availability to travel approximately one week per month Proficiency with AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and execution speed About 2 Hour Learning

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
