Overview
We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM techno-functional consultant to join our team. The candidate should have extensive experience in implementing Oracle HCM Suite and a deep understanding of system functionality and business processes. This role requires strategic thinking, solution leadership, and the ability to engage with C-Suite clients.
You won’t just be building - you’ll be collaborating with business and technical teams to design scalable Oracle HCM solutions across multiple functional areas. If you thrive in roles that balance clean architecture with hands-on technical execution, this is your lane.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
Understand and guide users on different HCM modules and reporting tools.
Work with the users to gather requirements, understand and explain gaps and provide system solutions while keeping best practices in mind.
Understand and be able to support migration, conversion and configurations.
Manage relationships with client stakeholders, providing expert advice on Oracle applications.
Mentor and coach junior team members and foster continuous learning and improvement.
Identify value and drive realization, understanding business cases and commercial awareness.
Minimum and/or Preferred Qualifications
Extensive experience in implementing Oracle Cloud HCM suite.
Conceptual and system knowledge of various HCM modules including Recruitment, Payroll, Benefits and Talent.
Proven ability to lead and oversee complex projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technical, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future need for visa sponsorship.
Preferred Certifications
OCP (Oracle Certified Professional)
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technology environment with a strong focus on Oracle HCM managed and/or professional services solutions
