Overview
Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant
will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining configurations in Payroll applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of US payroll legislative rules and processes to implement and personalize Oracle payroll applications to meet our business needs. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement Oracle HCM modules across different functional areas. Responsibilities
Proven experience implementing and configuring Oracle HCM modules, particularly Payroll with US legislation. Design, configure, and customize Oracle HCM modules to meet business requirements, including but not limited to Payroll. Design payroll processes, pay groups, earning and deduction elements, and payroll balances within Oracle HCM. Configure Oracle Payroll to align with client requirements, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Customize the system to accommodate specific payroll policies, statutory regulations, and reporting requirements. Integrate Oracle Payroll with other HCM modules such as Core HR, Time and Labor Management, and Benefits Administration. Collaborate with technical consultants to ensure seamless integration with third-party systems, if necessary. Having hands on experience with Fast formula development will be an added advantage. Should have done documentation such as Test Scripts, user manuals and training guides. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver Oracle projects on time and within budget. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Payroll Implementation. Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Preferred Certifications
