Tax Senior / Reviewer A boutique full-service tax preparation firm handling everything from simple individual returns to more complex small business, S-corporation, estate, and trust returns is seeking a talented Tax Senior / Reviewer to join their dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a growing, established practice that values professional growth and work-life balance.
Responsibilities
Prepare and review tax returns including 1040, 1041, Estates, 1120, 1120S, and 1065; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Provide guidance on tax planning and client servicing with a generalist background across a variety of industries.
Work with a wide variety of clients, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in public accounting
Bachelor’s Degree required
CPA eligible, pursuing CPA (preferred) or EA
Experience with CCH Axcess or ProSystems is preferred
Compensation
Salary: 70k – 95k depending on experience
Year-end bonus potential

Work Environment & Culture
Size: Small, close-knit team with a family-oriented, team-focused atmosphere
Work-Life Balance: 40-50 hours during tax season; ~40 hours outside of busy season; emphasis on balance and growth
