This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

What you’ll do
Directly interact and communicate with external customers to value sell Henkel’s adhesives, coatings & inks.
Contributes to strategic and tactical planning. Identifies and drives new business development activities.
Supports R&D projects critical to business.
Generates test plans and/or experiments to analyze hypotheses.
Prepare and deliver presentations on projects/technologies for external customer, internal teams and management.
Identify new opportunities for product development and work with development project teams to bring these opportunities to market.
What makes you a good fit
B.S. Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, Material Science and inorganic or organic Chemistry
5 to 10 years of demonstrated related experience, preferably in an adhesive, coatings or functional inks environment
Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills
Proven leadership, sense of urgency, self-starter – takes the initiative
Customer support experience (providing product application training)
Potential for up to 30% overnight travel per year
The position is located in Santa Clara, CA.

The salary for this role is $115,000.00 - $135,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
