Responsibilities
This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S. We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our Clinical technology team. This strategic role will help shape and drive our ambitious technology transformation roadmap across our diverse portfolio of claims management solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge business strategy and technology execution, designing scalable, secure, and innovative architecture solutions that support Enlytes\' extensive service offerings while enabling our cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Architecture Leadership
Partner with business and technology leaders to translate strategic vision into actionable architecture roadmaps
Lead the design and implementation of our cloud-first architecture strategy
Drive the standardization and modernization of our technology stack, including migration to .NET Core and PostgreSQL
Champion our containerization strategy and CI/CD implementation for improved deployment efficiency
Solution Architecture & Innovation
Design scalable, resilient architectures that support our diverse portfolio leveraging:
Azure Services, Function Apps, Azure Machine Learning
SQL Server
Oracle
PowerBI, PowerApps
Azure Disaster Recovery
Agile Development Process, Azure DevOps
Containerized Deployment and Microservice development leveraging Kubernetes
Automated Deployments and IAC
Technology Transformation
Spearhead our data handling roadmap and data retention automation initiatives
Collaborate on machine learning deployment strategy and behavioral analytics implementation
Design observability solutions to enhance system monitoring and performance optimization
Governance & Standards
Establish and enforce architecture standards, patterns, and best practices
Lead architecture review boards and provide guidance on technology decisions
Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements
Develop disaster recovery and high availability optimization strategies for cloud environments
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master\'s preferred)
10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in enterprise architecture roles
Proven experience designing and implementing cloud-native solutions
Strong knowledge of modern application architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven, etc.)
Experience with .NET technologies and SQL/NoSQL database platforms
Demonstrated success in large-scale system modernization and cloud migration initiatives
Strong understanding of security architecture principles and compliance requirements
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, insurance, or workers' compensation industries
Knowledge of claims processing systems and workflows
Understanding of HIPAA and other healthcare data regulations
Experience with API gateway technologies and management platforms
Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF, or equivalent

Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
