Job Summary The Office of the Provost is seeking a bright, energetic student to support the administrative team. As a student representative of the Office of the Provost, the student in this position will be the first point of contact for visitors and deliveries and must present a professional demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

Answer phones and direct callers to the appropriate resource for resolution.

Assist with greeting internal and external visitors in the Provost's Office suite.

Light administrative support such as making copies, organizing confidential documents, and data entry.

Provide special project clerical support.

Assist internal employees with various clerical duties.

Required Qualifications

Must have a Federal Work-Study Award

Must be currently enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours at Georgia Gwinnett College

Must be in good academic standing and maintain it for the duration of employment

Must be in good conduct standing with the Office of Student Integrity and maintain good conduct for the duration of employment

Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills

Ability to apply judgment and discretion in performing confidential matters

Highly organized with attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills
