Director of Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) – NICU
to guide our dedicated team in our state-of-the-art NICU and satellite sites. In This Pivotal Role, You’ll
Provide visionary leadership for our NICU APCs, fostering accountability, teamwork, and growth. Ensure the highest quality of care for our most fragile patients—from premature and low-birth-weight infants to complex neonatal cases. Collaborate with physician, nursing, and operational leaders to advance clinical excellence, education, and innovation. Support strategic growth and quality initiatives that shape the future of newborn medicine at Care New England. What We’re Looking For
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner 5+ years of NICU clinical experience and 2+ years of leadership/management Strong background of NICU practices, procedures, and regulations and teaching preferred Rhode Island APRN license (or eligibility) How to Apply
