Director of Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) – NICU
to guide our dedicated team in our state-of-the-art NICU and satellite sites.
In this pivotal role, you’ll:
Provide
visionary leadership
for our NICU APCs, fostering accountability, teamwork, and growth.
Ensure the
highest quality of care
for our most fragile patients—from premature and low-birth-weight infants to complex neonatal cases.
Collaborate with physician, nursing, and operational leaders to
advance clinical excellence, education, and innovation .
Support
strategic growth and quality initiatives
that shape the future of newborn medicine at Care New England.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years
of NICU clinical experience and
2+ years
of leadership/management
Strong background of NICU practices, procedures, and regulations and teaching preferred
Rhode Island APRN license (or eligibility)
