Their software allows users connect to and operate computers or devices from anywhere in the world. It\'s commonly used for remote technical support, file transfers, and online collaboration. Due to growth, they are currently hiring for a Solutions Architect. This person will support the Business development team in developing new partner integrations and ensuring quality deliverables. Collaborate with Product Management and Business Development to define and maintain a strategic development roadmap for partner integrations. Serve as the technical authority on third-party platforms such as Microsoft, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Freshworks, and Atlassian, providing expert guidance and troubleshooting support. Architect integration solutions by translating business and product requirements into scalable technical designs, leveraging both internal and external engineering teams. Oversee third-party development partners throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring alignment with specifications and managing end-to-end release activities. Lead cross-functional project execution, coordinating with support, operations, and stakeholder teams to ensure seamless deployment and ongoing success of partnerships. Actively engage with internal product teams to advocate for enhancements, submit feature requests, and drive resolution of technical issues and bugs. Own post-launch technical accountability, acting as the escalation point for complex support cases and ensuring timely resolution. What You Need for this Position

5+ years in software technical roles Experience leading API/SDK integrations for SaaS platforms, mobile, IoT, or AR applications Experience in customer facing roles Experience in technical project management and leading challenging technical initiatives. BS in CS (or related) is preferred
