We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GTM (Go-to-Market) Strategy & Analytics Consultant to join our team. You will support data-driven decision-making, assess complex business problems, and provide actionable insights to help Anaplan achieve aggressive growth targets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align business objectives with analytics-driven outcomes. What you will do Drive business insights by analyzing key performance metrics, including end-to-end sales pipeline health and velocity, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
Collaborate with Product and Sales Leadership to guide our sales approach based on our application strategy, identify patterns and trends, and make recommendations that influence future sales cycles.
Provide analytical support for the annual GTM planning process, including top-line growth targets and pipeline guidance to ensure alignment with goals.
Conduct deep-dive analysis across the prospect and customer lifecycle—from awareness to renewal and expansion—to identify key drivers of growth and retention.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure strategic decisions are data-supported and aligned with overall GTM objectives.
Present complex data analysis results and actionable insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.
Apply analytical and hypothesis-testing methodologies to optimize sales performance and assess strategic investments.
What you bring to the table Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, GTM strategy, sales operations, or business analytics.
Experience in a top-tier management consulting firm or a high-growth B2B SaaS/technology company is a strong plus.
Experience analyzing sales data from Salesforce with a strong understanding of sales pipeline dynamics and reporting. Experience with Anaplan is a plus.
Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and delivering data-driven recommendations that influence senior leadership.
Deep understanding of GTM frameworks, enterprise sales models, and SaaS business metrics.
Experience translating application strategy and product capabilities into tangible GTM plans and commercial outcomes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail; ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
Ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross-functional team and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Compensation
Base Salary Range: $147,000 - $198,000 USD DEIB and Compliance
