Director of Sales Development

to build, scale, and lead a high-performing SDR organisation. This is a chance to shape the playbook in one of the most dynamic and ambitious environments in cyber. What you’ll do: Lead, coach, and develop a global SDR team (currently 13, scaling to 20+) Build and execute scalable outbound and pipeline generation processes Partner closely with Sales & Marketing leadership to align GTM strategy Drive SDR career development, including progression into AE roles Instil a culture of high performance, accountability, and growth What we’re looking for: 6–10 years’ experience in SaaS sales development, with 2–3+ in leadership Strong track record in

cybersecurity, GRC, or technical SaaS Experience building SDR teams and playbooks from the ground up Proven ability to thrive in
