Reports:

13 SDRs + SDR Manager (goal to scale team to 20)

Territory:

Global (all based out of NY office)

ARR:

~$30M

Location:

NY-based, in-office

5 days/week

(not remote)

Compensation:

$185K–$200K base (up to $250K total, 50/50 split)

Experience Required:

6–10 years overall experience

At least 2–3 years in sales development leadership

Cybersecurity or technical SaaS background (ideally with GRC knowledge)

Build and scale SDR function (processes, playbooks, metrics)

Train SDRs to engage CISOs and senior stakeholders effectively

Develop SDRs into AEs (career progression focus)

Prior experience building an SDR team

from scratch

Comfortable in

high-growth, high-intensity startup environment

Strong cultural fit (previous hire failed due to cultural mismatch)

Young team that needs structured leadership, process creation, and coaching.
