Outpatient Family Medicine Physician

This is an opportunity to join an existing outpatient practice with strong patient demand and hospital affiliated practice support. Riverside Medical Center is located at 35 Lower Hudson Ave in Green Island, NY. Ideal candidate will be patient centered, have exceptional clinical and communication skills, and possess a strong commitment to providing high quality healthcare to the communities we serve. Candidates will need to be Board Certified and licensed to practice in New York. Responsibilities
Share call rotation averaging about 1 in every 70 days, with RN triage Provide patient-centered primary care across all age groups in an outpatient setting Collaborate with an APP team and participate in physician-governed organization with physician-led JOC Support for flexible scheduling options (3, 4, or 5 day work week) Engage in teaching opportunities (first-year AMC students and precepting NP/PA students) Opportunity for hybrid work in Hospital Medicine if desired Leadership/administrative opportunities available if interested Qualifications
Board Certified New York State licensure DEA registration Strong interest in the provision of primary care for all age groups Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $250,000 – $260,000 Starting Bonus: $75,000 Retention Bonus: $25,000 Resident compensation available – up to $50,000 per year for early sign-on Comprehensive benefits including health, vision, and dental insurance Paid malpractice coverage, including tail coverage CME time and expense allowance Paid time away from practice Two-part retirement savings program with employer matching
