Capital Region Family Health.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an existing outpatient practice with strong patient demand and hospital affiliated practice support. Capital Region Family Health,

located in

East Greenbush just minutes from Exit 9 on I-90,

is a highly regarded group of 13 providers. This team of physicians and advanced practitioners provide a full range of health care services for the entire family, including pediatric medicine for newborns through age 17. Adult medicine and pediatric services for established patients include routine care of illness, injury and chronic medical conditions; preventive health and wellness screenings; routing immunizations and preventive inoculations; routine physicals (including employment, insurance and school physicals); and sick visits by appointment. HIGHLIGHTS Shared call rotation averaging about 1 in every 70 days, with RN triage Physician governed organization with physician led JOC Option for flexible schedule - 3, 4, or 5 day work week APP Collaboration which provides an additional source of compensation Opportunities for teaching (1 st year AMC students and precepting NP/PA students) Opportunity for hybrid work in Hospital Medicine if desired Opportunities for physician leadership/administrative work are available if interested. REQUIREMENTS Applicants should have the following: Board Certified, NYS License and DEA required Applicants should possess excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented Strong interest in the provision of Primary Care for all ages RECRUITMENT PACKAGE St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates, P.C. offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes: Competitive salary range $250,000 - $260,000 Bonus structure of up to $75,000 Retention Bonus of $25,000 - Year 2 Resident compensation available - up to 50 k per year for early sign on Excellent benefits; including health/vision/dental insurances Paid malpractice, including post-SPHP employment tail coverage CME time & expense allowance Paid time away from the practice Two part retirement savings program with employer matching program
