The Role Business Development Representative (BDR): you’ll research target accounts, craft multi-channel outreach, and spark high-quality conversations with prospective customers. You’ll use your business acumen to uncover pain points, position Ambient.ai’s value, and convert interest into qualified meetings and pipeline. It’s a fast path to mastering the fundamentals of sales, leadership, and executive communication.
What You’ll Do
Work closely and collaboratively with Regional Sales Managers to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies
Conduct high-volume prospecting to qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and social media
Schedule marketing assessments and discovery meetings for a Regional Sales Manager to further assess a prospect's business and potential for partnership with Ambient.ai
Conduct qualification calls with specific prospects as assigned
Prioritize opportunities and apply appropriate internal resources
Use and keep Salesforce up-to-date for lead management and sales forecasting
Ensure timely follow-up with all prospects
What You’ll Bring
Previous successful sales experience OR a strong desire to begin a sales career

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary And Equity Ambient.ai takes a market-based approach to compensation. Final offers are based on job-related skills, experience, location, and internal equity. Base salary is one part of our total rewards package, which includes stock options and potential to share in company growth.
The Starting Base Salary Range For This Role Is
SF Bay Area: $45,000 - $50,000 + commission + equity
