Role and Responsibilities

Recruiting, hiring, and developing world-class sales talent; building development plans for each sales rep; coaching and motivating the team to overachieve on targets Understanding and solving customer pain points through Zscaler's unique value proposition Being the GM of the business: creating a plan for success and accurately forecasting monthly/quarterly/yearly results Acting as executive sponsor for key partners to create joint plans, generate pipeline, and drive opportunities to closure Fostering a culture that embraces DE&I What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related field 2+ years of Sales Leadership experience in software/SaaS Experience building successful sales teams Sales process and methodology around territory planning, assessment, and resource allocation What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Well networked to attract top-performing professionals into the selling organization Experience with SaaS business models with enterprise security experience Ability to be a change-agent; lead processes that scale #LI-EB1 Salary and Benefits

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and determined by role and level. The base salary range listed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across US locations and could vary based on factors such as skills, experience, and education. The base pay range for this full-time position is $160,800 - $201,000 USD. This range excludes commission/bonus/equity (if applicable) and benefits.
