We are looking for a Manager to join our Occupancy Planning and Management team

This role requires on-site presence five days a week

in Santa Clara or San Diego.

What this job involves

The Manager will play a crucial role in assuring delivery of JLL's best practices via Occupancy Planning & Management products, solutions, and tools to our real estate clients. Serve as an account leader for the delivery of Occupancy Planning and Management. Bring best practices, industry insight, and thought leadership to account. Act as a trusted advisor to the client, Account Director, and team.

Responsibilities Foster relationships

Great relationship building skills, client focus and team leadership. You will foster critical relationships between various individuals and organizations, ensuring coordination and collaboration among various JLL businesses.

Managing spaces

Attentive to detail and accuracy—particularly numbers and spatial data. Plan and manage portfolios, maximize space, assist clients in migration plans, and support group and individual moves. Review, prepare, and update project status reports on actual versus projected seat demand, report on current supply and capacity, and forecast inventory changes.

Communication champion

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; active listening; ability to engage at all levels of leadership from administrative to executive. Ability to understand complex ideas and communicate them clearly to others on the account and client.

Tech-savvy

Strong critical thinking and data storytelling skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, calculations), understanding floorplans, and consolidating data and floor plans into PowerPoint presentations for clients.

Reporting

Ability to create accurate and credible planning reports to support Corporate Real Estate decision making, including space, demand and utilization tracking.

Estimated compensation for this position:

160,000.00 - 180,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
