We are looking for a Manager to join our Occupancy Planning and Management team Location on-site : This role requires on-site presence five days a week in Santa Clara or San Diego.

What this job involves

The Manager will play a crucial role in delivering JLL\'s best practices via Occupancy Planning & Management products, solutions, and tools to our real estate clients. Serve as an account leader for the delivery of Occupancy Planning and Management. Bring best practices, industry insight, and thought leadership to account. Act as a trusted advisor to the client, Account Director, and team.

Plan and manage portfolios, maximize space, review/update project status reports on actual vs. projected seat demand, report on current supply and capacity, and forecast inventory changes. Support client migration plans and moves.

Communication champion : Excellent written and verbal communication skills; including active listening. Ability to engage at all levels of leadership from administrative to executive level and to translate complex ideas for the account and client.

Tech-savvy : Ability to tell a story through data. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, calculations) and understanding floorplans. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to consolidate data and floor plans into PowerPoint presentations for clients.

Reporting : Ability to create accurate planning reports to support corporate real estate decision making, including space, demand and utilization tracking.

Commercially and financially astute

Compensation and location Estimated compensation : 160,000.00 – 180,000.00 USD per year. This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
