$220,000.00 - $260,000.00 per year Responsibilities

Manage California wage and hour litigation including class and collective actions from inception through resolution. Draft, review, and respond to comprehensive legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Take and defend depositions, proving and challenging key legal and factual issues relevant to the case. Collaborate with a dynamic legal team to strategize case approaches, discuss developments, and share insights. Work independently on fast-paced projects, demonstrating strong project management and prioritization skills. Engage with clients to provide updates, gather information, and offer strategic advice. Minimum Position Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in employment litigation. Proven track record in managing wage-hour class actions or similar large scale litigations. Currently admitted and in good standing with the California State Bar. Outstanding academic credentials and proven analytical and writing capabilities. Adept at balancing multiple ongoing projects in a high-stress environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications

Experience mentoring junior attorneys and leading case teams. Advanced skills in legal research, analysis, and argumentation. Specialized training or certification in employment law. Familiarity with the latest legal technologies and software for case management. Active involvement in professional legal associations and activities. Skills
