Regional Clinical Director – Lymphedema (PT or OT, CLT Required) | Osceola & Polk County, FL Are you a Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) with a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) credential looking to advance into leadership while still making a direct impact in patient care? This role starts with providing direct lymphedema therapy and grows into leading a regional team of PTs, OTs, PTAs, and OTAs—mentoring clinicians, shaping clinical standards, and helping expand services in the Osceola & Polk County region. What You’ll Do
Deliver hands-on lymphedema therapy and patient care Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of therapists and assistants Ensure compliance with clinical, quality, and regulatory standards Build strong referral and patient networks to support growth Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and outcomes What We Offer
