Senior Associate

with

strong accounting fundamentals and public accounting experience (Big 4 or Top 10 preferred)

to support the financial operations and reporting of our managed investment funds. This is a prime opportunity to accelerate your career with a high-visibility role in a young, motivated, and collaborative team. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and gain exposure to all facets of fund operations, investor relations, and portfolio reporting in a high-growth environment. What You’ll Do

As a key member of the Finance team, you will: Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements and supporting workbooks

for multiple investment vehicles in accordance with US GAAP and industry standards. Collaborate with the Investor Relations team

to respond to investor inquiries and support ongoing fundraising efforts by preparing data-driven financial reports and documentation. Lead the preparation of capital call and distribution notices , ensuring accurate allocation of capital activities to limited partners and maintaining clear investor communication. Support the quarterly valuation process

by gathering data from portfolio companies, preparing valuation workpapers, and presenting findings to senior management. Monitor fund liquidity and cash flow , including initiating capital transactions, forecasting capital needs, and reconciling investment funding and distributions. Record journal entries

for fund-level accounting transactions including cash activity, accruals, amortizations, and management fee calculations. Enhance financial operations and internal controls , maintaining well-organized documentation and contributing to the development of more scalable processes. Coordinate with third-party service providers

including external auditors, tax advisors, custodians, and valuation agents to ensure timely and accurate deliverables. Provide

ad hoc financial analysis and special project support

for the CFO, Controller, and broader finance team. What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or progress toward CPA strongly preferred 2–5 years of experience in public accounting preferably with exposure to private equity, venture capital, or alternative asset management Big 4 or Next 4 firm experience is highly desirable Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and investment fund structures Exceptional Excel skills; experience with fund accounting software or ERP systems is a plus Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to work cross-functionally and present to leadership A self-starter with a growth mindset and an interest in building a long-term career in investment management Why Join Us?
