Sun River Health is seeking a full-time Clinical Program Director for the A31 position at Westchester Square. Position Summary
The A31 Clinical Program Director provides leadership and acts as a role model for all personnel in the planning and delivery of client services. The Director directs program operations and collaborates with all departments to develop, deliver, and evaluate the clinical program services provided to Sun River Health clients. The Director directly supervises all administrative and case management staff and collaboratively supervises all facilities and plant operations at the program site. This position ensures that concrete services are provided to clients in accordance with New York State Office of Mental Health requirements as well as agency policies, procedures, and quality standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Performs other duties as required by the Vice President or his/her designee Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed Recruit, supervise, develop, and evaluate staff Responsible for all statistical and other reports as requested Responsible for employee time and attendance requests Conducts performance management activities, including but not limited to appraisals, documentation, coaching and disciplinary actions for clinical staff Oversees all client intakes and discharges and assures that they are processed in accordance with agency and regulatory requirements Adhere to all HIV/AIDS and substance abuse confidentiality requirements Analyze program performance and forecast future demand and resource requirements for continued effective program operation Assure compliance with all policies, regulations and laws governing clients' rights and confidentiality of information Attend and participate in continuing education programs and seminars designed to maintain professional competence Build, develop, and maintain community relationships and referral arrangements with community agencies and hospitals Trains all staff on meeting the regulatory standards per OMH Screens and selects clinical candidates for program staff positions Provides clinical supervision and in-service training for clinical staff Coordinates and oversees clinical program and services Conduct performance management activities, including but not limited to appraisals, documentation, coaching and disciplinary actions for clinical and administrative staff at the program site Conduct quality assurance reviews to monitor and audit compliance with indicators and program metrics; ensure department standards of practice are met and implement plans of correction when necessary Direct, coordinate, and implement training programs for staff, including both internal training and outsourced instruction Ensure that billable staff services meet or exceed weekly billing quotas Ensure that case management services provided meet or exceed service targets Collaborate with Environmental Services to maintain overall responsibility for program site security, operations, and safety Monitor all case management activities for compliance and quality assurance Oversee the quality management of client Private Health Information in all paper and electronic patient health information systems Participate in intra- and inter-agency community meetings and committees as assigned Essential Job Qualifications
Education Requirement: Master’s Degree (LCSW) CPR/BLS certification Job Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $86,977.80 - $106,455.00 annually, based on education and experience. Includes a $15,000.00 Administrative Stipend Benefits
