Sun River Health is a Federally Qualified, Non-Profit Health Center serving communities in multiple New York counties. Sun River Health is seeking a full-time Clinical Program Director (A31) for the Westchester Square location. Position Summary

The A31 Clinical Program Director provides leadership and serves as a role model for all personnel in planning and delivering client services. The Director directs program operations, collaborates with all departments to develop, deliver, and evaluate clinical program services, and directly supervises administrative and case management staff. The Director also collaboratively supervises facilities and plant operations at the program site and ensures services are provided in accordance with New York State Office of Mental Health requirements and agency policies, procedures, and quality standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Performs other duties as required by the Vice President or designee. Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed. Recruit, supervise, develop, and evaluate staff. Responsible for all statistical and other reports as requested. Oversee employee time and attendance requests. Conduct performance management activities, including appraisals, documentation, coaching and disciplinary actions for clinical staff. Oversee all client intakes and discharges and ensure processing complies with agency and regulatory requirements. Adhere to HIV/AIDS and substance abuse confidentiality requirements. Analyze program performance and forecast future demand and resource needs for effective operation. Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and laws governing clients' rights and confidentiality of information. Attend and participate in continuing education programs to maintain professional competence. Build and maintain community relationships and referral arrangements with community agencies and hospitals. Train all staff on meeting regulatory standards per OMH. Screen and select clinical candidates for program staff positions. Provide clinical supervision and in-service training for clinical staff. Coordinate and oversee clinical program and services. Conduct quality assurance reviews to monitor compliance with indicators and program metrics and implement plans of correction when needed. Direct, coordinate, and implement training programs for staff (internal and outsourced). Ensure billable staff services meet or exceed weekly billing quotas and case management services meet service targets. In collaboration with Environmental Services, maintain overall responsibility for program site security, operations and safety. Monitor all case management activities for compliance and quality assurance. Oversee the quality management of client Private Health Information in all paper and electronic systems. Participate in intra- and inter-agency community meetings and committees as assigned. Essential Job Qualifications

Education Requirement: Master’s Degree (LCSW). CPR/BLS certification. Job Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $86,977.80 - $106,455.00 annually, based on education and experience. Includes a $15,000 Administrative Stipend. Benefits
