We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Senior Director of Operations

to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of Amare Global. The Senior Director of Operations will play a critical role in scaling our operational infrastructure to support rapid growth, ensuring smooth and efficient supply chain execution, inventory management, demand forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration. The Candidate must bring a strong track record of operational leadership in high-growth CPG, wellness, and/or e-commerce companies. Key Responsibilities

Operational Strategy & Leadership

Lead, develop, and execute operational strategies aligned with the company’s overall vision and growth goals Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team to drive strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, and operational excellence Build and lead high-performing teams across operations, supply chain, logistics, inventory, and fulfillment Drive operational efficiencies, cost management, and resource allocation to improve efficiency and scalability and maximize profitability. Inventory Control & Demand Planning

Oversee end-to-end inventory management processes, including procurement, demand forecasting, stock replenishment, and distribution planning Implement data-driven inventory control systems to optimize levels, reduce spoilage and obsolescence, and improve product availability and flow Partner with product development and marketing to align inventory planning with promotional calendars and new product launches Monitor product shelf life, expiration dates, and rotation (FIFO/FEFO) where applicable. Supply Chain & Logistics

Direct global supply chain strategy including vendor management, manufacturing, sourcing, and logistics Identify and mitigate risks across the supply chain to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery and quality control Optimize warehouse operations and fulfillment processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction Establish KPIs for supply chain performance i.e. on-time delivery, order accuracy, cost per shipment, inventory turns. Process Optimization & Systems

Lead efforts to streamline operational workflows, implement innovative technologies, and enhance automation across departments Develop and track KPIs to measure performance, identify inefficiencies, and ensure accountability across operational functions Oversee ERP, inventory management systems, and operational software implementation and maintenance. Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure operational compliance with regulatory standards, quality assurance protocols, and international shipping/import regulations Collaborate with Finance and Legal to assess risk, manage budgets, and maintain alignment with financial objectives. Qualifications

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics, preferably in wellness, consumer goods, and/or e-commerce Proven experience managing global supply chains and inventory for a fast-growing company. Works well in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of demand planning, procurement, and fulfillment. Can work alongside the Founder/CEO Experience with ERP systems and inventory management platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle). Exceptional leadership, organizational, and analytical skills Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on and execution oriented. Effective communicator and engages interdepartmental and cross functional collaboration skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
