The Nurse In Charge will be responsible for:
- Partnering with Nursing leadership in planning and implementing patient care at the service/department level.
- Working collaboratively to provide excellent care to patients and families in the safest environment.**Qualifications*** Current Massachusetts license. Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.* For external applicants:Bachelors or Masters in Nursing required.* For internal applicants:* Bachelors or Masters in Nursing preferred. If not, must be enrolled or enroll in a program leading to a Bachelors or Masters in Nursing within 1 year from being appointed to NIC position and must complete such program no later than 6 years after commencing employment as a NIC.
