Responsibilities
Prepare and file individual and small business tax returns accurately.
Assist clients with tax inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Review financial records for tax compliance.
Manage multiple client files and tasks.
Maintain confidentiality and secure client information.
Qualifications
Fluency in Spanish, Arabic, Urdu, or Mandarin (spoken and written).
Some tax preparation experience required (seasonal experience a plus).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure, especially during peak season.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and participate in training programs.
