Intuit is seeking tax experts with an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) to provide tax advice and full service return preparation through Intuit TurboTax Live. What You Will Do
Assist customers in completing their taxes using TurboTax products. Provide tax advice, prepare returns, perform calculations, and manage product/software inquiries. Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language. Operate virtual, video‑based customer interactions and document all communications accurately. Who You Are
Minimum 2 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns with commercial tax preparation software. Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with PTIN. Bilingual (English and Spanish) written and spoken communication skills. Excellent customer‑service skills and confidence using video and audio tools. Passion for helping clients navigate complex tax matters and enhancing the Intuit brand. What You Need
Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria. Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week spread across at least three days. Compensation & Benefits
Competitive pay based on location: Bay Area, CA: $28.80 – $36.50 Southern CA: $28.80 – $36.50 Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80 Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50 Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80 Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80 Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50 Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30 New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50 New York: $28.80 – $36.50 Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30 Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80 Washington: $28.80 – $36.50 Washington D.C.: $28.80 – $36.50 In addition, eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits such as 401(k) with match, paid sick leave, E&O insurance, employee stock purchase plan, assistance program, product discounts, and a free copy of TurboTax Live.
