You will collaborate closely with senior leadership across finance, IT, and business operations to align on priorities and deliver on our vision for the future of finance and accounting at a technology first multi-national company.****Responsibilities:***** Lead the strategy, design, and execution of complex finance transformation programs, including process re-engineering and technology implementation.* Champion the use of AI-powered automation and intelligent agents to streamline processes and improve efficiency across the Controllership and Finance organization.* Drive the continuous improvement of reporting processes, leveraging advanced analytics tools to provide deeper insights into financial performance and support strategic decision making.* Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement and automation.* Develop and implement change management and communication plans to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.* Serve as a subject matter expert on best practices in finance transformation, enablement, and technology.* Collaborate with team members across the business, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.****Qualifications:***** Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. MBA, CPA or advanced degree is a plus.* 8+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on finance transformation, process improvement, or strategy.* Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale finance projects. Experience at a large publicly traded company or major consulting firm preferred.* Understanding of SOX and Compliance frameworks for publicly traded companies.* Deep expertise in financial systems, analytics and technology.
