We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented and analytical
Sales Operations Analyst
to join our Sales Strategy & Planning team. You’ll gain hands-on experience with GTM targets, incentive design, processes, data analysis, and systems. This is a unique opportunity to develop your technical and strategic skills, contribute to meaningful projects, and grow your career in Sales Operations within a high-growth company. In this role, you’ll support our rapidly evolving global GTM organization by serving as the first point of contact for requests related to targets and incentives, helping optimize processes, and assisting with strategic ad hoc projects. You’ll be a cross-functional partner, collaborating closely with Sales, Finance, and Business Systems to ensure efficiency across the entire revenue cycle. What will I be doing?
Be the first point of contact
in the GTM organization for target and incentive issues, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication. Contribute to process improvements
by identifying inefficiencies and supporting the implementation of new approaches. Assist with strategic projects
across the Sales Strategy & Planning team. Partner with teammates
across RevOps and GTM to provide accurate, timely insights that drive decision-making. Support ad hoc requests
from Sales leadership, including data pulls, reporting, and documentation. Develop an understanding
of how sales strategy, processes, and tools connect to broader business outcomes. Build foundational expertise
in sales operations with mentorship and guidance from senior teammates. What skills do I need?
0-2 years of experience in Sales Operations, or similar role, preferably in a SaaS or AI environment. Strong attention to detail and understanding of business processes. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a genuine passion for tackling complex, unstructured challenges. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets is essential. Results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment. Curiosity and eagerness to learn. Understanding of sales systems and related tools, particularly Salesforce.com. Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) or SQL.
