Job Details Commercial Litigation Attorney (Hybrid) with a focus on complex commercial and government contracts disputes. Nationwide litigation practice requiring an experienced litigator to join our team.

3-6 years of Private Practice litigation experience

Focus areas include complex commercial and business litigation, government contracts disputes, labor and employment litigation (FLSA, Wage-and-Hour, Title VII), trade secrets, contract disputes, business torts, construction disputes, government investigations, False Claims Act matters, and real estate disputes

Attorneys practice in State and Federal Trial and Appellate Courts, and U.S. Court of Federal Claims as applicable

Licensed to practice in Maryland, Virginia, and/or the District of Columbia; residency in the DC Metropolitan area preferred. Additional Florida and/or California bar admissions are a plus

Qualifications

3-6 years of litigation experience in private practice

Licensed to practice in MD, VA, and/or DC

Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team
