Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join a growing legal team in New Hampshire. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of complex commercial disputes and play a critical role in shaping and implementing litigation strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned litigator to showcase their skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Manage all stages of the litigation process for a diverse range of commercial disputes, including investigation, pleadings, discovery, pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal. Conduct thorough investigations to identify and gather relevant evidence. Draft and review a wide range of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and agreements. Represent the company in court and before government agencies, presenting evidence and arguments effectively. Negotiate settlements on behalf of the company, aiming for favorable outcomes while minimizing legal risks. Provide expert legal advice to executives and other stakeholders on potential legal implications of business decisions. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure their needs are met and interests are protected. Stay up-to-date with developments in commercial litigation and related areas of law, applying knowledge to benefit the company and its clients. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a proven track record in hearing and trial preparation. Bar admission in the relevant state. Excellent legal research and writing skills. Strong negotiation and advocacy abilities. High professional ethics, integrity, and gravitas; excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency with legal research tools and software. Compensation & Benefits
Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Hybrid schedule; partner track; supportive team environment.
