Senior Customer Success Manager - Semiconductor Industry Base pay range: $120,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr Location: San Jose, CA Job Description: Senior Customer Success Manager – Semiconductor Industry Responsibilities
Responsible relationship building, revenue & market share growth with key customers. Developing and implementing sales strategies. Cultivate effective business relationships with clients in key accounts. Understanding market trends, managing key accounts and achieving revenue targets. Customer Service: meaningful discovery questions, building rapport with customers, learning about customers, understanding pain points, and establishing meaningful relationships. Responds thoughtfully and adapts sales approach accordingly. Qualifications
Business degree or related discipline. Strong background in sales. Experience with planning and implementing sales strategy. Familiarity with semiconductor products, industry trends and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proven experience in customer relationship management. Knowledge of market research. Key Competencies and Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to organize, prioritize and plan. Problem analysis and problem-solving. Team building / team leadership. Persuasiveness in speaking and writing. Adaptability to changing customer situations. Clear and compelling communication; capable of captivating presentations and strong written/verbal skills. Active listening to uncover pain points, preferences and objections; respond thoughtfully and adapt sales approach accordingly. Customer service: meaningful discovery questions, building rapport, understanding pain points and establishing relationships. Experience as an Account Manager handling semiconductor customers; experience with semiconductor suppliers and/or Fab customers.
