FM Talent is seeking a highly organized and proactive Federal Program Coordinator. The Federal Program Coordinator serves as a liaison between federal staff and the Project Management Team, ensuring smooth execution of communications campaigns, virtual events, and content dissemination. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for federal staff regarding projects and initiatives. Support the creation, posting, and dissemination of content across agency platforms. Coordinate and assist with virtual trainings, webinars, and marketing campaigns. Ensure timely execution of communications and digital content workflows. Collaborate with Project Management team members and federal staff to align deliverables with customer priorities. Provide logistical and administrative support for meetings, events, and collaborative initiatives. Monitor project timelines and assist in tracking deliverables and performance metrics. Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience with human services or public health organizations. Demonstrated ability to manage multi-faceted projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience organizing marketing campaigns and virtual trainings. Strong skills in data analysis and presentation, including aggregating and reporting insights from multiple sources. Excellent interpersonal communication, both oral and written. Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Head Start programs and early childhood education. Experience working with federal agencies or on federally funded projects. Proficiency in tools for virtual collaboration and content management.
