The firm is seeking a
Senior Valuations Associate
to join its Global Portfolio Analytics team. This role reports directly to the SVP of Global Portfolio Analytics and plays a critical part in valuation, performance measurement, and investor reporting across a diverse portfolio of private capital investments. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong valuation experience, either in-house at a private equity firm or in a consulting capacity, who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities
Lead monthly and quarterly valuation and investor reporting processes Build and enhance valuation models (DCF, public comps, precedent transactions, simulation-based modeling) Calculate performance metrics and benchmarking for private capital portfolios Collaborate with internal teams (investments, finance, tax, treasury) and portfolio companies Provide ad hoc analysis and support across the investment lifecycle Qualifications
4-9 years of experience in valuation, private equity, or investment banking Strong modeling skills; ability to build from scratch Familiarity with fair value measurement and private capital return metrics CFA or CIPM designation (or progress toward one) is a strong plus Python, R, or SAS experience is a plus (not required) Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Sector-agnostic background is welcome Compensation
Base : $150,000 - $170,000 base + bonus Experience-based ranges : 4-6 years ~ $150K base + ~$40K bonus; 6-8 years ~ $170K base + ~$50K bonus Location and Employment Type
