Insight Global is partnering with a leading casino entertainment company in search of a strategic and results-driven Director of Finance. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced Accounting Manager or Controller ready to elevate their career. Based onsite in Amelia, Louisiana, this role will be instrumental in shaping financial strategy, optimizing operations, and supporting executive-level decision-making. Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic advisor to the General Manager and department leaders. Analyze financial performance and collaborate with property leadership to drive profitability. Deliver actionable financial insights to support operational decisions. Lead the Finance and Cage departments, with indirect oversight of Count Team and Receiving/Warehousing. Interpret and implement recommendations from FP&A reports. Partner with operational teams to review and validate financial forecasts. Present financial results and forecasts to executive leadership alongside the General Manager. Oversee the development and presentation of operating and capital budgets. Manage property cash flow and ensure adherence to cash handling policies. Respond to internal and gaming regulatory audits, updating processes as needed. Promote a culture of continuous improvement through mentorship and development of finance staff. Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment and support. Uphold integrity, compliance, and safety across all financial operations. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5–10+ years of progressive experience in accounting/finance leadership. Prior experience in the gaming or casino industry. Ability to obtain and maintain a key gaming license (includes background check, fingerprinting, and drug test - all company-paid). Compensation
$100,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefits
