Backend Software Engineer , you will develop cutting-edge technology across our platforms to facilitate seamless digital asset transactions for global customers. You will work cross-functionally with design, product, and other engineering teams to identify customer needs and ship high-quality features through fast iterations. This program also provides exposure to the full lifecycle of crypto platforms including pro/retail trading, asset management, and wallet. What You’ll Be Doing
Be part of the global engineering team to design and develop crypto-linked products on the platform. Deliver solutions with performance, scalability, and CI in mind while maintaining architecture consistency. Build high-availability, high-performance distributed services. Optimize to maximize user satisfaction in a time-critical environment. Collaborate with Design, Product, and Marketing to turn ideas into scalable features and communicate project deliverables across peers, cross-functions, and leadership. Stay informed on industry trends and evaluate new solutions to address business needs. Prototype ideas quickly using cutting-edge technologies. Maintain high-quality technical documentation and uphold coding standards and peer reviews. Improve cross-office collaboration. ramp up AI development tools and apply them to deliver features and improve efficiency (e.g., copilots, prompts, automation). What We Look For In You
Bachelors in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines; or self-taught enthusiasts. Passionate about the latest technology. Curious about all aspects of trading products in financial and crypto markets (spot, future, swap, options, structured products). Analytical with a proactive growth mindset; comfortable navigating ambiguity in a global context. Experience in automated testing and continuous integration. Nice to Haves
Experience with cloud-based Linux environments, multi-threading, distributed architecture, and familiarity with messaging frameworks (e.g., Kafka) or daily tools (git, Jira, etc.).
