Overview
We are a civil litigation trial firm dedicated to educating and mentoring aspiring trial lawyers. Currently, we are seeking new attorneys who are eager to learn the process of case preparation from inception to trial. This includes gaining hands-on experience in preparing and responding to discovery, conducting and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, and ultimately, trying cases in court. If you draft a motion, there's a strong likelihood you'll also have the opportunity to argue it. If your case proceeds to trial, our partners will actively involve you in the trial process. Manage caseload and handle written discovery Conduct and defend depositions Draft and argue motions Prepare cases for trial and participate in trial proceedings Qualifications
Licensed to practice law in California 1-6 years of civil litigation experience Desire to try cases Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work from home part time Firm encourages and pays for participation in legal organizations About Us
