Sensodyne, EmergenC, Advil, Voltaren, Theraflu, Tums, and Centrum . This is an entry-level Sales Support Analyst role within the Haleon commercial sales organization. In collaboration with the sales manager, you will gain broad experience across Sales, Insights, and Analytics. The role is hands-on, enabling the Team by owning and contributing to distinct workstreams, working directly with customers and the team to help attain budget and grow share. This role provides the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career. Responsibilities include the following:

Own critical sales processes, including team reporting and tracking (via syndicated data and retailer POS), sales forecasting, joint business plan (JBP) scorecard, new item setup and tracking, and information management and distribution.

Complete regular analysis of customers and the marketplace to identify risk and opportunity, and share findings with recommendations.

Participate in the preparation, planning and follow-up of customer and internal meetings and presentations.

Use technical expertise with reporting and analytics tools; extensive use of Excel and Power BI, Microsoft 365.

This is a field-based role located in Warren, NJ or in other cities near Haleon offices.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

Prior work experiences which demonstrate growth, learning and accomplishment (including internships, summer jobs, others)

Ability and willingness to travel to company meetings, customer meetings and industry conferences up to 35%

Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite of products, demonstrated ability to learn new technology platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

Fundamental understanding of principles of business process, analytic approach, and retail industry. (Retail experience a plus)

Experience with Nielsen or Circana (IRI), retailer systems or basic computer programming skills

Ability to work in teams, manage conflict, collaborate, and embrace change

A breadth of interest which helps inform understanding of the economy, shopper, retailers and competition; ability to synthesize multiple sources of information

Demonstrate a growth mindset and be motivated by attaining future goals and navigating complex challenges

The salary range for this role is $75,306 – 103,546 USD + bonus.
