Overview

We have been retained by a global healthcare company to hire a

Medical Science Liaison (MSL), Dermatology . This field-based scientific expert will elevate peer-to-peer scientific exchange, strengthen KOL relationships, and support clinical and medical initiatives across the Dermatology portfolio. Territory:

Northern California (Bay Area) Base pay range : $190,000.00/yr - $230,000.00/yr Additional compensation types : Annual Bonus and RSUs Key Responsibilities

Build, manage, and sustain peer-level relationships with HCPs, KOLs, professional societies, and advocacy groups Deliver fair-balanced scientific presentations and respond to unsolicited medical inquiries in a compliant, timely manner Maintain expertise in dermatology and translate complex data credibly to clinical and scientific stakeholders Support investigator-initiated trials, site identification, recruitment, and collaborations with Clinical Development Represent the company at regional and national congresses to foster relationships, capture insights, and support scientific exchange Educate internal teams (Commercial, Medical, Market Access) on disease state, product science, and competitive landscape Provide scientific expertise to support advisory boards, speaker training, and medical communication plans Who They’re Looking For

Advanced degree required:

PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, or PA Minimum

2+ years of MSL experience Demonstrated ability to engage with dermatology specialists or related therapeutic areas Strong presentation and communication skills; effective 1:1 and group scientific exchange Clear understanding of clinical research and ability to interpret scientific data credibly Ability to travel up to
