Infosys is seeking an Insurance Business Analyst with experience in the Policy & Claims domain. The role leads cross-functional teams, manages the product backlog, and collaborates across the development lifecycle to deliver client solutions. Responsibilities
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve goals in alignment with the product roadmap and funding parameters. Own the product backlog and prioritize user stories with the team. Partner with Scrum masters to support the Scrum framework and deepen understanding of customer and product needs. Contribute across consulting lifecycle phases; define problems, propose and create solutions, and contribute to development, configuration, and deployment of the solution. Guide project processes and deliverables; support proposal development, client training, and internal capability building; help detail project scope. Shape value-adding consulting solutions to meet changing global needs. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education accepted. At least 4 years of information technology experience. Insurance industry experience is required, with experience supporting insurance carriers. Strong experience gathering requirements and creating detailed business requirements documents. Experience in Agile projects. Willing to relocate to Hartford, CT; Raleigh, NC; Indianapolis, IN; Richardson, TX; or Tempe, AZ. Authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship (Infosys cannot provide immigration sponsorship for this role). Preferred Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong analytical and organizational abilities. SQL skills (ability to write queries and perform table joins). Experience collaborating with digital product managers, business system owners, and users to translate business requests into specifications for software and data warehouse solutions. Ability to liaise between product managers, business users, software engineers, and QA analysts to implement software solutions that realize business goals. The role may involve extensive travel and requires the ability to work at a computer for extended periods and communicate by telephone, email, or in person. About Us / EEO
