Insurance Business Analyst
with good working experience in
Policy & Claims Domain . As a BA, you would lead, collaborate with, and motivate a cross-functional team to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished in alignment with product roadmap and funding parameters. You are accountable for the product backlog and prioritization of user stories with team members. Partners with Scrum master in supporting Scrum Framework and develop a deep understanding of the customer and product needs. You will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education will be considered. At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology. Insurance industry experience with carriers. Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and creating detailed business requirements documents. Experience in Agile projects. Candidates must be in or willing to relocate to Hartford, CT; Raleigh, NC; Indianapolis, IN; Richardson, TX; Tempe, AZ. Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. SQL skills (able to write queries and perform table joins). Role responsibilities include collaborating with digital product managers, business system owners, and users to capture business requests and translate them into specifications for design, coding, and testing of complex software and/or data warehouse applications. Acts as a liaison between product managers, business users, software engineers, and QA analysts to implement software solutions. The job entails extensive travel and requires sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Must be able to communicate by telephone, email, or in person. EEO/About Us
