Overview
Security Specialist role at Booz Allen Hamilton International (U.K.) Ltd. Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of day-to-day security functions to ensure the protection of company and government sensitive and classified information in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF). Work with guidance from the Special Security Office (SSO), Facility Security Officer (FSO), and Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) to implement security procedures that enable military, contractors, government civilians, and other tenants to operate in nontraditional environments to support critical missions. Apply expertise in personnel security, document control, visitor control, physical security, classification management, and prime and subcontract DD Form 254 administration. Interact with government security officials, clients, and employees to perform security duties including clearance processing, personnel security record management, adverse reports, administrative inquiries, suspicious contact reports, visit certifications, and documentation control and support of industrial security efforts as needed. Provide security advice, guidance, and recommendations to all levels of staff, and coordinate and conduct security briefings, debriefings, and Security Awareness Training and Education (SATE) sessions. Ensure the security program is compliant with DoD security requirements and prepare for and participate in security compliance audits and vulnerability assessments. Qualifications
3+ years of experience with managing personnel and programs in dynamic collateral, SCI, or SAP security environments Experience with COMSEC, SCIF Management practices, and SCI Nomination processes Knowledge of DoD security systems or databases, including DISS and NISS Knowledge of DD254s, self-inspections, adverse reporting requirements, clearance processing, and SATE Ability to communicate and work collaboratively with team members, government clients, and stakeholders across multiple teams TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree Additional Qualifications
Experience with using Microsoft Office software applications Knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117, the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) Rule, applicable Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), and DoD security requirements Attention to detail Ability to move between tasks and perform a variety of tasks as needed Ability to provide constructive, tactful, and discrete security advice across all levels DCSA and CDSE Certifications Clearance

Salary range: $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). Posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
