Our client is a top firm seeking an associate for its life sciences and health technology transactions practice in New York, Washington, DC, Santa Monica, San Francisco, Seattle, and Silicon Valley offices. This position The salary range for this position is between $235k to $310k. Qualifications
2-4 years of licensing, collaboration and commercial partnering transactions. Experience representing biotechs and health technology companies relating to therapeutics, vaccines, diagnostic and digital health technologies. Excellent academic credentials. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice or ability to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
