Suntory Global Spirits (Beam Suntory) Role Summary
This role is part of the North America RTD innovation team, responsible for driving growth in the Ready to Drink category and shaping Beam Suntory\'s long-term ambitions in the RTD space in the US. The role involves setting and implementing brand strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams (R&D, Finance, Consumer Insights, etc.) and partnering with sales/commercial teams to ensure execution of strategies and tactics. Acts as lead brand steward to extend Beam Suntory\'s presence in the RTD space in the US. Responsibilities
Support and/or lead a broad variety of Ready to Drink innovation projects, including planning and prioritizing resources to meet timelines. Support and/or lead development of new-to-world RTD products, including concept development, brand identity, positioning, and in-market asset development for all consumer touchpoints. Manage a cross-functional, multi-market team to deliver projects from ideation to commercialization. Collaborate with marketing and consumer insights to develop products targeting emerging and unmet consumer needs. Direct and influence R&D product and packaging teams to achieve excellence in taste delivery and pack presentation. Monitor consumer trends in needs, occasions, flavors, and drink experiences; recommend activities to maintain leadership in the spirits industry. Identify and implement best practices within innovation to improve ideas and development efficiency. Qualifications & Experience
5 years Consumer Marketing or Brand innovation experience or equivalent BA required; MBA preferred. Up to 20% travel Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work across multicultural, cross-functional teams and build partnerships. Self-starter, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities in unstructured environments. Passionate and results-driven with a track record of delivering projects on time. Collaborative with strong communication, influencing, and presentation skills. Resourceful with problem-solving attitude and willingness to think creatively. Salary & Benefits
The salary range for this role is generally aligned with location and experience; example ranges provided in related postings include $140,000 to $160,000 in New York. Benefits may include annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. Outcomes/Success Criteria
