$150,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr What You’ll Do
Lead the development and formulation of high-performing personal care products Identify and integrate emerging technologies, ingredients, and trends into the innovation pipeline Partner with executive leadership on strategy, risk/benefit analysis, and long-term product roadmaps Collaborate closely with Process Engineering and Manufacturing to ensure seamless scale-up Present new products and concepts to clients to drive engagement and market growth Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing R&D team Deliver measurable business impact through innovation-driven revenue growth What You Bring
BS/MS in a scientific discipline 10+ years of hands-on R&D experience in a high-volume contract manufacturing or fast-paced development environment A track record of driving innovation from concept to launch Proven leadership, team-building, and departmental management experience Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills Seniority level
