Represent policyholders or insurers in insurance coverage matters. Analyze first- and third-party insurance policies and apply principles of policy interpretation. Engage in litigation activities related to insurance coverage disputes. Demonstrate leadership, initiative, and the ability to work directly with clients and colleagues. Contribute to pro bono matters and maintain a strong focus on client service. Qualifications
3–5 years of insurance coverage experience (class of 2022–class of 2020) with either policyholder or insurer representation. Strong analytical and writing skills; familiarity with first- and third-party policies and policy interpretation. Leadership, initiative, and client-facing experience. Strong academic record. Willingness to work on pro bono matters. Licensed in the jurisdiction of the applying office (or commit to becoming licensed within one year). Additional Details
Location options: Boston, MA; Miami, FL; Richmond, VA; or Washington, DC offices. Employment type: Full-time, partnership-track associate. Salary: The expected full-time on-track associate salary range is $260,000–$365,000, with actual offers varying based on education, training, skill sets, licensure, practice area, experience, internal equity, and market data.
