Overview
Manager, B2B Integrated Marketing at PayPal. We are seeking an experienced and strategic B2B Integrated Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of US-focused integrated marketing campaigns across the full funnel – from brand to demand. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of building measurable campaigns that drive pipeline growth and accelerate revenue across Enterprise and SMB product portfolio. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, project management, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on execution. You’ll partner closely with product marketing, sales, content, growth marketing, events, operations, and global teams to deliver compelling, customer-centric campaigns that engage Enterprises and SMBs at every stage of their journey across channels.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns
Identify and recommend best practices for marketing processes and initiatives
Analyze business trends to inform marketing decisions and strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing projects and programs
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior marketing team members
Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Compensation and Benefits PayPal is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The total compensation for this role may include an annual performance bonus (or other incentive compensation, as applicable), equity, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits. Work Model For the majority of employees, PayPal’s balanced hybrid work model offers 3 days in the office and 2 days at your chosen location, ensuring the benefits of both in-person collaboration and flexible work.
