Handle multiple intellectual property matters from inception to resolution. Draft, file, and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications. Provide patentability opinions and manage patent estates for a diverse client base. Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and support staff. Produce high-quality legal work while meeting billing requirements. Contribute to business development through group and individual efforts. Adhere to the highest ethical standards of the profession. Qualifications

4+ years of IP experience at a law firm. Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science strongly preferred. Licensed attorney in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Demonstrated ability to utilize support staff and mentor junior associates. Culture & Firm Appeal
