Home Care Field / Visiting RN seeing patients in their homes M-F 5x per week - Also open to 4 days a week. Brooklyn. Seeing multiple patients per day - Pediatrics or Adults (your choice) What you will be doing
Complete initial assessments, and recertifications Create and implement a plan of care Provide clinical care as needed Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and coordinate patient care Educate patients and families Skills you need
